Rubber Castors and Wheels

Rubber castors and wheels

Alongside our polyurethane, technopolymer, and duroplast components are our rubber castors and wheels.

This range features a number of high-performing castors ideal for use in a host of environments. Manufactured to include features made from technopolymer, steel and stainless steel, they are available with the following carrying capacities:

  • 0-1400 N
  • 1401-2600 N
  • 2601-5000 N

The diameters of our castors include 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 160mm, 180mm, and 200mm.

Our castors with steel bracket are finished with either a thermoplastic rubber or vulcanised rubber coating. They are available in a number of variations, such as with a fixed plate bracket, turning plate bracket, centre pass-through hole, and with or without brake. The optional brake is easy to operate and locks the wheel and bracket rotation to ensure optimum safety. Whether with a fixed or rotating plate, these rubber castors are designed to withstand loads up to 1800 N. The rotating plate bracket castors offer excellent manoeuvrability thanks to the presence of a double ball race and direct contact between the plate and the ball race ring with built-in pin.

If you require rubber wheels for larger loads, our medium-heavy duty castors are the ideal solution. They can withstand up to 5000 N, making them perfect for more intense industrial applications

Our RE.C7-G twin castors with turning plate bracket are suitable for use in humid environments and in the presence of medium-aggressive chemical environments. They are characterised by their double wheels covered in grey anti-trace rubber and are available with or without a threaded centre pin and brake. The optimised dimensions of the RE.C7-G twin castors ensures that they take up minimal space while delivering maximum results.
