Cylindrical Magnets with Varied Strength

Cylindric magnets

Part of the industrial magnets section of our catalogue are a carefully-curated selection of cylindric magnets ideal for use across many industries.

These standard components can be built into grates, grills, and filtration devices to remove contaminants from dry particle products and liquids. This method ensures that your operation is in adherence to health and safety protocols and prevents stray metal fragments from damaging your equipment.

Our range of cylinder magnets are manufactured using the following quality materials:

  • steel
  • stainless steel
  • brass
  • aluminium

Our cylindric range features magnets with steel containment body, galvanized or colour lacquered finish, with sandwich configuration of the poles, and brass containment body. This magnetic system configuration delivers maximum permanent power, even when used with the smallest workpieces.

Alongside quality metals, our magnet elements are composed of different construction materials including ferrite magnets, aluminium nickel cobalt magnets, cobalt magnets, and neodymium iron boron magnets. These materials offer specific values of attraction strength, resistance to temperatures and corrosion, workability, and the possibility of demagnetization. The magnet structure means that they have only one attraction surface that concentrates all the magnetic energy. The effect in space of the magnetic field is limited by a shielding system, with the result that the surrounding objects are not magnetized.

Our range, running from RML to RMU, includes cylinder-shaped magnets with assembly types of threaded hole, smooth or threaded pin, and pass-through hole. Magnets in the RMU series are finished with a no-slip coating to provide a better adhesion to the supporting surface. As quality products that perform excellently in any industry, our magnets can withstand high temperatures. Various components in our series are resistant to temperatures up to 450°C.
