Tube connection clamps for modular structures: strength, cleanability and versatility

The TCC system, awarded the German Design Award 2024 with the "Winner" distinction in the Excellent Product Design category, enables the straightforward and safe construction of stable, reconfigurable structures such as modular shelving, workbenches, machine guards, enclosures and solutions for industrial environments, as well as applications in technical and DIY contexts.

Manufactured from glass fibre reinforced polyamide-based technopolymer with stainless steel fasteners, the clamps offer high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, whilst also helping to reduce the overall weight of the structures. The compact design, smooth surfaces and absence of sharp edges facilitate cleaning and enhance the aesthetic quality of the finished structures. Elesa clamps also guarantee dimensional accuracy and long-term reliability, with high resistance to tube pull-out and rotation, with values tested in laboratory conditions at room temperature and tightened at the recommended torque.

The range includes numerous standard elements such as cross clamps, T-clamps, sleeves, articulated joints with a fixing plate and many other solutions, designed to meet a wide variety of application requirements. The TCC-SJD version with double ball joint is also available, allowing for spatial angling and further increasing structural flexibility. Clamping kits are available as accessories to enable quick and frequent adjustments, even without tools.

TCC series clamps are available in black and grey, complementing the natural finish of aluminium, and in two main diameters (Ø 18 and 30 mm). Reducing bushes allows the use of tubes of different diameters, further enhancing system versatility.

For food industry applications, Elesa also offers a selection of clamps in signal blue technopolymer (RAL 5005), manufactured from materials suitable for food contact (FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011) and easily detectable visually. This helps to improve safety in production processes in compliance with international regulations.

In addition to technopolymer clamps, Elesa provides a complete range of tube clamps in aluminium, steel and stainless steel, suitable for both round and square-section tubes, further expanding application possibilities.
