Unshielded magnets

Our magnet elements are composed of different construction materials including ferrite magnets, aluminium nickel cobalt magnets, samarium cobalt magnets, and neodymium iron boron magnets. These materials offer specific values of attraction strength, resistance to temperatures and corrosion, workability, and the possibility of demagnetization. The magnet structure means that they have only one attraction surface that concentrates all the magnetic energy. The effect in space of the magnetic field is limited by a shielding system, with the result that the surrounding objects are not magnetized.

If used with an air gap between the magnet and component, unshielded magnets have higher attraction forces than shielded magnetic systems. These magnets are usually fixed in place using glue as an adhesive.

Our range, running from RMA-US to RMX-US, includes unshielded flat magnets with or without pass-through hole, cylindric magnets, and flat magnets.


RMA-US Unshielded flat magnets

RMA-US-SC is made using (SmCo) Samarium cobalt magnet and is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C. RMA-US-ND consists of (NdFeB) Neodymium-iron-boron magnet, features a nickel-plated finish, and is resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.

RMD-US Unshielded flat magnets with pass-through hole

RMD-US-SC is made using (SmCo) Samarium cobalt magnet and is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C. RMD-US-ND consists of (NdFeB) Neodymium-iron-boron magnet, features a nickel-plated finish, and is resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.

RML-US Unshielded cylindric magnets

RML-US is an aluminium-nickel-cobalt magnet, resistant to temperatures up to 450°C.

RMX-US Unshielded flat magnets

RMX-US-SC: is made using (SmCo) Samarium cobalt magnet, resistant to temperatures up to 200°C. RMX-US-ND: consists of (NdFeB) Neodymium- iron-boron magnet, features a nickel-plated finish, and is resistant to temperatures up to 80°C.
