Standard executions
Black-oxide steel threaded body, partially covered with PFB polyamide coating (see Technical data), blue colour, for instant thread locking.
Plunger in hardened, case-hardened, and black-oxide steel:
- GN 611-L: stainless steel normal end-force spring.
- GN 611-LS: heavy end-force steel spring, threaded body with two laser engraved lines
AISI 303 stainless steel threaded body, partially covered with PFB polyamide coating (see Technical data), blue colour, for instant thread locking. AISI 303 stainless steel plunger:
- GN 611-LN: stainless steel normal end-force spring.
- GN 611-LSN: heavy end-force steel spring, threaded body with two laser engraved lines
Working temperature
From -50°C to +90°C.

Features and applications
GN 611 threaded bolt spring plungers are normally used for machining sheets, as ejectors for push-on or push-off operations or as a cushion.

GN 611-L-MVK and GN 611-LS-MVK: thread locking by means of micro-encapsulated red patch (see Technical data). Working temperature: from -40°C to +170°C.
