Spring plungers

The Elesa range of spring plungers is made from high-quality materials to deliver components that are suitable for all cases where it is necessary to perform locking, positioning, or clamping by means of the use of spring pressure. We design and manufacture products to seamlessly fit into your work environment, whatever your industry. Our plungers can be used across many sectors and in numerous industrial applications, from machine tools to woodworking and packaging machines.

Our series of plungers are made from excellent materials that each have unique properties:

  • stainless steel
  • steel
  • die-cast zinc alloy
  • technopolymer
  • aluminium
  • brass

Using these materials, we supply plungers of different styles and specifications for your needs. The Elesa threaded ball spring plungers are suitable for locking or unlocking a device by using a built-in electrical switch. These components are available with different heads, a smooth or ridged body, and with ceramic ball or friction block bearing. This range is also available with a technopolymer threaded body—a material with unique properties to rival metal. The technopolymer elements are available in blue as well as black, to enhance the aesthetic value of your equipment.

Our threaded bolt spring plungers with long stroke are generally employed in sheet metal working: as ejectors for push-on or push-off operations or as shock absorbers. This series comes in a choice smooth or ridged body, with packing ring, and a hexagon socket head for easy affixing to special applications.

Also in our range is the side thrust spring pin. These are used for positioning pieces to be machined, such as in drilling operations, reaming, tapping, welding, brazing, mounting, bonding, engraving, and more. These easily-mounted and lightweight pins are ideal when you have little space available.

In our online catalogue, you will find a range of Elesa spring plungers for every purpose. For additional functionality, we also supply holders for smooth plungers, positioning bushings, and indent blocks.
