They offer protection to sensitive electronics, in hazardous environments and ESD-PROTECTED AREAS where all components sensitive to electrostatic discharges must be treated with the minimum risk of damage.

The electrical specifications meet the requirements of the ISO 22878:2004 standard.

In addition, they improve operator’s comfort by allowing static to pass directly to ground thus avoiding static shock through the individual.

Typically used on trolleys, they find application in the textile and packaging sectors too.

ESD castors and wheels are available with steel sheet bracket to be used for light loads (RE.F5-N-ESD) or for medium-heavy loads (RE.F5-H-ESD) – with or without brake.

ESD castors and wheels offer up to 8000N static load capacity, while plate variants are available to allow steering and locking as needed. In addition, they offer excellent rolling resistance and elasticity features, high wear and tearing resistance.
