Configuring the options for your Mechanical Position Indicator before ordering is crucial to ensure the product meets your requirements and delivers the efficiency you expect from the application. This guide walks you through how to order the correct configuration for your Position Indicator.
Adjust the display position
From which angle will the display be viewed in your application? Choose the position for the transparent window in technopolymer.
AN - Angled, straight numerator
AR - Angled backhand numerator
FN - Front, straight numerator
FR - Front, flip numerator
Set how the indicator counts the increasing value
D: Clockwise - Values increase with clockwise rotation of the boss.
S: Anti-clockwise - Values increase with anti-clockwise rotation of the boss.
Set the Pitch
The pitch indicates the linear movement of the mechanical element after one full turn (360°) of the drive shaft.
Choose reading options after one revolution
Black numbers: Integer values
Red numbers: Decimal values
Additionally, the indicator features a graduated scale next to the last decimal digit, providing extra precision when reading.
Select the boss
Choose whether the Position Indicator should be ordered with a stainless steel boss (check the box) or keep the standard option.
Choose the product colour
Finally, you can select the colour of the product. Hover over the colour options to see a preview of the product in the chosen colour.
Once the chocies are made
The table with the product code and description will now update according to your choices. In the table, you can download CAD files or add the product directly to your cart and place your order online.
