ELESA and LILT: teammates in the fight against cancer

Once again this year Elesa and LILT will be taking to the track together for the Marcia Formula Uno, the historic non-competitive run/walk, now in its 44th edition, which will be held on Sunday 2 June at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza with lots of new features. Open to everyone: adults, children and even 4-legged friends, the march will be an opportunity to raise funds to support the activities of Casa LILT, the largest cancer prevention and assistance centre.

Casa LILT, in via San Gottardo in Monza, provides the population with state-of-the-art diagnostic services and equipment and a specialised medical team in a single location that intercepts the needs of different types of patients. From those who make a preventive visit to those who, suffering from cancer, need specialist assistance. The centre, to which Elesa had already donated a mammography machine, was the subject of a recent renovation project: Elesa's support this time was for the fitting out of an examination room.

Elesa and LILT is a concrete example of how companies can contribute to the health and wellbeing not only of their employees, but also of the community.
