Cable glands
A comprehensive range of Elesa cable glands and accessories designed for securing, insulating and protecting electrical cables. They provide maximum mechanical retention against tensile forces and mechanical stress, ensuring reliable electrical continuity in distribution boards, junction boxes, battery energy storage systems and EV charging stations.
Types of cable glands and available materials
Technopolymer cable glands: Available in RAL 7035 grey and RAL 9005 black. Lightweight, wear-resistant and offering excellent electrical insulation, they are ideal for standard commercial and industrial electrical enclosures. Metal cable glands (nickel-plated brass and stainless steel): Designed for the most demanding sectors, including chemical processing, food production and pharmaceutical applications. Equipped with O-rings to provide a high level of protection against the ingress of water, dust and corrosive substances. Cable gland accessories: Locknuts, blanking plugs, reducers and multi-hole sealing inserts to complete the installation.
