Standard executions

Black-oxide steel threaded body, partially covered with PFB polyamide coating (see Technical data), blue colour, for instant thread locking.

Plunger in hardened, case-hardened, and black-oxide steel:

  • GN 611-L: stainless steel normal end-force spring.
  • GN 611-LS: steel spring with heavy end-force.

AISI 303 stainless steel threaded body, partially covered with PFB polyamide coating (see Technical data), blue colour, for instant thread locking. AISI 303 stainless steel plunger:

  • GN 611-LN: stainless steel normal end-force spring.
  • GN 611-LSN: steel spring with heavy end-force.

Working temperature

From -50°C to +90°C.

Features and applications

GN 611 threaded bolt spring plungers are normally used for machining sheets, as ejectors for push-on or push-off operations or as a cushion.

Special executions on request

GN 611-L-MVK and GN 611-LS-MVK: thread locking by means of micro-encapsulated red patch (see Technical data). Working temperature: from -40°C to +170°C.
