  • H: H-NBR synthetic rubber, hardness 85 +/-5 Shore A, in blue, FDA compliant, resistant from -25°C to +150°C.
  • E: EPDM synthetic rubber, hardness 85 +/-5 Shore A, in blue, FDA compliant, resistant from -40°C to +120°C.

Standard executions

  • GN 5435-MT-H: sandblasted matte finish, H-NBR packing ring.
  • GN 5435-MT-E: sandblasted matte finish, EPDM packing ring.
  • GN 5435-PL-H: mirror polished finish (RA < 0.8μ), H-NBR packing ring.
  • GN 5435-PL-E: mirror polished finish (RA < 0.8μ), EPDM packing ring.

Features and applications

GN 5435 lobe knobs are intended for use in environments where high hygiene is required.

The presence of the special packing ring seals the thread from the external environment, preventing the access of impurities.

The finish quality, angular seal and absence of recesses, prevents dirt adherence and facilitates cleaning.
