Standard executions

H-NBR synthetic rubber packing ring, hardness 85 +/-5 Shore A, in blue, FDA compliant, resistant from -25°C to +150°C.

  • GN 305-PL-H (d1): threaded hole.
  • GN 305-PL-H (d1 - l2): threaded screw.

EPDM synthetic rubber packing ring, hardness 85 +/-5 Shore A, in blue, FDA compliant, resistant from -40°C to +120°C.

  • GN 305-PL-E (d1): threaded hole.
  • GN 305-PL-E (d1 - l2): threaded screw.
General information

Features and applications

GN 305 adjustable handles are intended for use in environments where a high level of hygiene is required and are certified according to the DGUV guidelines.

The existing gasket on the locking surface protects the seal against unhygienic cracks.

The quality of the finish of the stainless steel parts (mirror polishing) prevents adhesion of dirt and facilitates cleaning.

GN 305 adjustable handles are particularly suitable when the angle of manoeuvre of the levers is limited for reasons of space.

Instructions of use

To adjust while tightening, lift the lever to disengage the teeth of the clamping element and return it to the starting position. When the lever is released, the return spring automatically engages the teeth.
