Standard executions

  • GN 616-S: hardened steel bolt, steel spring with normal end-force.
  • GN 616-SS: hardened steel bolt, steel spring with heavy end-force with not burnished hexagon socket.

Maximum working temperature for the execution S and SS 220°C.

  • GN 616-K: acetal resin based (POM) technopolymer bolt, steel spring with normal end-force.

Working temperature: from -30°C to +50°C.

Other executions

Special executions on request

  • GN 616-S-MVK, GN 616-SS-MVK, GN 616-K-MVK: thread locking by means of micro-encapsulated red patch (see Technical data). Working temperature: from -40°C to +170°C.
  • GN 616-S-PFB, GN 616-SS-PFB, GN 616-K-PFB: thread locking by means of polyamide blue coating (see Technical data). Working temperature: from -50°C to +90°C.
