DCE tube clamps

The new range of DCE tube clamps, compliant with DIN 3015 includes standard DCE-S (DIN 3015-1), heavy DCE-H (DIN 3015-2), and twin series DCE-D (DIN 3015-3); DCE clamps are designed for the reliable fastening of rigid and flexible pipes in various sectors, including industrial and mobile hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and automation.

The clamps, made in polypropylene (PP)-based technopolymer, offer UV resistance, mechanical strength, elasticity, and long-lasting durability.

Thanks to the modular mounting system of the DCK kits (which include all necessary accessories for the clamps, such as metal plates, mounting guides, screws, and nuts),

This system allows a wide range of configurations to be created based on each customer’s application needs.

New mechanical elements

The new Elesa screws, washers, nuts and spacers are made of polyamide-based (PA) technopolymer, natural color.

They are characterized by their light weight and high resistance to corrosion and chemicals, making these products suitable for a variety of applications. Because of their insulating properties, these products are especially well suited for use in the electrical and electronics sectors.

Screws, nuts, and washers are also available with dimensions similar to those of DIN and ISO standards.

Folding handles GN 425.5

These handles are designed for applications where protrusion needs to be avoided or minimized. A spring-loaded thrust pin keeps the handle securely locked in place and are available in chrome-plated steel (GN 425.5-CR) or AISI 303 stainless steel (GN 425.5-NI) with a Matte shot-blasted finish. The mounting base and the cover are made of polyamide-based technopolymer (PA), with a matte finish in black and black-gray respectively, suitable for working temperatures up to 100°C / 212°F.
