High-filtration breather caps

The new high-filtration breather caps, are made of polyamide-based technopolymer, polyester air filter with a filtration rate of 3µm and and a filtration efficiency greater than 98% designed with a special internal geometry which stops the leakage of the fluid to the outside. The hexagon on the threaded fitting makes it possible to apply, using a wrench, a greater tightening torque on the cap, ensuring better compression of the gasket.

Are available 3 that differ in the following characteristics:

The SFP-AF cap equipped with splash guard.
The SFV-AF cap with a single valve and splash guard, it is instead indicated in all applications in which the internal pressure of the tank must not exceed a certain value: 350 or 700 mb.
The SFW-AF with double valve and splash guard maintains a reservoir of air under pressure above the oil level within the limits established. The presence of an overpressure valve and a suction valve gives the product some advantages, including the reduction of the air volume entering the tank therefore the reduction of impurities that contaminate the filter and oil, the reduction of cavitation, and the reduction of foam in the fluid.

Are also available the versions with flat dipstick (SFP-AF+a, SFV-AF+a, SFW-AF+a).

GLF and GCF linear guides

GLF side guides and GCF central guides are generally used to laterally guide bundles of heat-shrinkable polyethylene film on conveyor belts. The PEEK coating ensures minimal rolling resistance of the product and is also suitable for high-temperature applications. The guide profiles are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a technopolymer coating (PEEK) in grey colour. The guides are sold in bars of 1500 or 3000 mm length.

Connecting T-clamps GN 476.2

Connecting clamps for T guides GN 476.2 connect tubes and bars in a T arrangement.

The detachable clamping point allows for simplified installation even when axial insertion is not possible. By combining a W-type clamp (with pin) with an A-type clamp (with hole), two tubes or two bars can be connected to each other at any adjustable angle.

Depending on the executions, they can be equipped with a pin or hole, be made of anodized or natural aluminum, and have a matte finish or black colour.
