Blue RAL 5005 self-aligning brackets

New blue self-aligning brackets UCF-S, UCFB-S, UCFL-S e UCP-S are made in technopolymer reinforced with glass fibres.

Their design, the bushings and the support washers made of AISI 304 stainless steel and a sealing system ensure the bearing's protection from the external environment.

Designed to allow maximum sanitation, they are suitable for bottling, packaging and handling applications in food as well, sector thanks to their BLUE RAL 5005 color which does not exist in nature.

The products have a shaft misalignment tolerance up to 2.5° and are available in square, side, oval flanged configurations and the option for 90° shaft, with closed or drilled cover.

Set collars GN 706.4

The set collars GN 706.4 can be easly fastened using a clamping kit equipped with adjustable hand with a die-cast zinc alloy, usefull for reducing the notch height.

This version, available in aluminum, steel and AISI 316LHC stainless steel offers advantages for applications that require new set collar positions.
