Here are some frequently asked questions that may answer your questions about the Elesa service and the new features of the site. If you do not find your answers in the list, fill out the form in the appropriate menu detailing your new question.

  • 1. Can I use my old log-in name of the previous Elesa website?

    Yes, of course. All your personal information, including your user name, were transferred from the old to the new website with exception of the password which, for privacy reasons, is unknown to us. Ask for a new password by following the steps from the menu "Forgot your password?”. The system will send to your email address a new temporary password that we invite you to change the first time you access your MyElesa account.

  • 2. I can’t find what I’m looking for. Who can support me?

    You can contact info@elesa.com or call our Export Office from 08:00 to 18:00 M-F, by phone at 039 2811.1 Otherwise, you can use our Elesa Service on the home page and ask to be contacted. A sales engineer from our branch or an authorized distributor in your country will provide you with all the support to transfer your order and to advise about the product you are looking for.

  • 3. To whom should I report a mistake that I noticed on the site?

    Write to info@elesa.com all your reports.

  • 4. Where can I find new products?

    All new products are listed in the menu on the home page "New products". You can refer to this menu at any time. All new products are shown with special graphics to make them more visible, in the product groups of the catalogue.

  • 5. I have not received any confirmation email to my registration at MyElesa.

    Check that your inbox is not full and make sure our email has not been moved to spam. The system will automatically send a confirmation message to your email address. Make sure that you entered your email correctly. If you typed the wrong email address by mistake, your confirmation message will be lost. If this is the case, write a short message to info@elesa.com. We will help you to recover your registration.

  • 6. I want to register to MyElesa. How should I proceed?

    Click on MyElesa and follow the instructions. It only takes a few clicks.

  • 7. What are the advantages of registering to MyElesa?

    MyElesa area allows you to:
    - Receive 2D and 3D CAD drawings of all our products
    - Ask for quotations on products
    - Save your product sheets as favourites
    - Store recently viewed products

  • 8. I would like to be called-back.

    Enter your name, surname, phone number (including the country code) and the time slot in which you are available to be contacted by the Elesa Service. Our branch staff or an authorized distributor will contact you as requested.

  • 9. I need technical support. Who should I contact?

    From MyElesa you can write directly to a technical engineer by sending a short message with your questions. Otherwise, you can contact info@elesa.com or call our Export Office, from 08:00 to 18:00 M-F, by phone at 039 2811.1. You can also use our Elesa Service on the home page and ask to be contacted. Our sales staff will find the right answers to your questions also with the support of our Technical Department. It will also provide you with all information about our branch or an authorized distributor in your Country.

  • 10. I have not received the drawing I have requested.

    Check that your inbox is not full or that the email with the attached file has not been moved to the spam. Some servers might block the entrance of emails with attachments if they don’t recognize the sender. Ask your IT service to enable you to receive this kind of email.

  • 11. I need a CAD drawing. Where can I find it?

    You can ask for free 2D and 3D CAD drawings in the format you wish for every single code if you are a registered user in MyElesa. The drawing file will be delivered directly to the email address that you specify in the request form. If you are not a registered user, register first and then you will be able to proceed with your drawing request.

  • 12. How do I request a catalogue?

    The catalogue and its shipment are free of charge. You can order your catalogue and select the language that you prefer here. You will get your copy to the shipping address you specify in the request form. In the DVD catalogue you will also find all the 2D and 3D CAD drawings in Step format.

  • 13. May I have an account for the customer area?

    Our Customer Service is available only for ELESA S.p.A. Italian direct customers.

  • 14. How do I make a quotation request?

    You can request easily and quickly a quotation for the product code that you have selected by registering here to MyElesa.   • 15. I found the product I was looking for, but I would like to customize it. Is this possible?

    To meet all of our customers specific needs, Elesa can offer customized technical solutions, including special colours, logos, writings, tampoprinted graphic elements, laser-engraved or embossed and more. Special versions with metal inserts made of different materials can be provided on request and for adequate quantities.
