The majority of the standard products available in the ELESA catalogue are compliant with the European Directive 2002/95/CE (RoHS directive, Restriction on Hazardous Substances).

Material
AISI 304 pressed stainless steel, sandblasted matte finish.

Assembly
- Execution B: welded hub, reamed through hole.
- Execution V: welded hub, square through hole.

Revolving handle
Phenolic based (PF) Duroplast, black colour, glossy finish. Resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents.

Special executions on request
- Reamed hole and keyway in compliance with ANSI B17.1-1967 tolerance.

Standard metric holes.

Features and applications
Pressed steel spoked handwheels GN 227.2-D are renowned for their high mechanical strenght and their resistance to shocks and knocks.
AISI 304 stainless steel, thanks to its high resistance to corrosion, allows the application of these handwheels on machines and equipment in those sectors where laws or hygienic, climatic and environmental factors make it mandatory to use corrosion resistant materials.
